Delivery service

Fulfilment of your order is managed by 2Pure with delivery handled by DPD couriers.

Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day on a 2-day service. Orders received after 12 noon are dispatched on the next working day – for example, if the order is placed on Friday it will be despatched on Monday.

Public holidays

Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If the 2-day delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next day.

Deliveries outside the UK

We currently only deliver to the Isle of Man with goods dispatched by DPD on a 3-5 day service. We regret that we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands and British Overseas Territories.

Delivery status

You can check your order status using the link below. DPD will send you updates on delivery status to the email address and mobile number you provided with your order.

DPD tracking

To use this service, you will need your order number and email address and postcode used when you placed your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.

If the item(s) ordered within the package are found to be defective, damaged, or not the items ordered, please refer to the instruction about Exchanges on the Returns Policy page.
